インド姉妹校生徒来日致しました　　Students from our sister school in India have come to Japan.

　10月31日（金）から10日間の日程で、インドの姉妹校生徒が来日しています。11月1日（土）はホストファミリーとのアクティビティの予定ですが、ホストの生徒の中には模擬試験受験予定の生徒が７名。そこで模擬試験受験予定の生徒には、ホームステイの生徒を学校に連れて来て貰いました。

　しかし、模擬試験受験中はインドの生徒だけで模試が終わるまで待機！？。こんなピンチを昨年度卒業生が救ってくれました。学校説明会でも登壇いただいた立教大学コミュニティ福祉学部に進学した本校卒業生がインドの生徒たちの対応を買って出てくれ、ご対応いただきました。たまたま別用務にて、立教大学のコミュニティ福祉学部の学部長様をはじめ、先生方が町役場にいらっしゃいましたので、彼が卒業後も地域支援に頑張っている様子を披露させていただきました。先生方には学部の理念をしっかり共有している本校卒業生に温かい励ましのお言葉を頂戴致しました。心より感謝申し上げます。

From Friday, October 31, for a period of ten days, students from our sister school in India are visiting Japan. On Saturday, November 1, activities with host families are planned, but among the host students, seven are scheduled to take a mock exam. Therefore, the students scheduled to take the mock exam brought the home-stay students to school.

However, the Indian students had to wait on their own until the mock exam finished!? Last year's graduates saved us in this pinch. A former student who now attends the College of Community and Social Welfare at Rikkyo University, and who also spoke at the school information session, voluntarily helped take care of the Indian students.

By chance, during another engagement, the dean of the College of Community and Social Welfare at Rikkyo University and other faculty members visited the town hall, allowing us to showcase how this graduate continues to contribute to the community even after graduation. The faculty warmly encouraged this graduate, who shares the principles of their college, and we are deeply grateful for their support.
